Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — estimated delivery 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
International Shipping We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Norway, Germany, and South Africa via Australia Post MyPost Business. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@chidecisions.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
